ABOUT

The Catie Hoch Foundation is an all-volunteer organization where every dollar delivers fun for kids and funds for a cure.

A child’s cancer diagnosis is devastating and the strains on the family are enormous – emotional, physical and financial.  We strive to help alleviate some of those burdens because we know first-hand what these families are going through.

How we've helped make a difference in the lives of children with cancer:

  • Emergency financial assistance to families of children with cancer

  • Pay for housing at the Ronald McDonald House across the country

  • Treat kids to lunch and a movie

  • Provide gas and food cards

  • "Adopt" families of children with cancer during the holidays

  • Treat kids to a day off from the hospital

  • Purchase medical equipment to help find a cure, and

  • We created the Catiebug Rainforest Bedroom at Albany's Ronald McDonald House

  • We donate money to support research at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and for patient assistance at Albany Medical Center Hospital
